After a motorcycle crash with her fiancé Horatio, Hannah wakes up in a strange room. Horatio is nowhere to be found, but a kindly gent comforts her. Soon, a strange apparition, originally dismissed as a hallucination, begins to warn Hanna of impending peril. With continued guidance from this resident ghost Isabella, Hannah realizes that she is in Dr. Frankenstein's castle, and he is about to conduct strange experiments that put both her and Horatio in grave danger.
