(this "Site"). NStorm wants you to
know what information we learn about you when you visit this
Site, what we do with that information, and how you can change
the information we have.
When you visit this Site, we recognize only your domain name
and not your e-mail address. We will see your e-mail address
only if you fill out a form or send us an e-mail message.
If you provide information about yourself by registering on
a page, by filling out a survey, by participating in our chat
rooms or otherwise by voluntarily telling us about yourself
or your activities, we will collect that information solely
for our own use. We may share demographic statistics of our
visitors as a whole with unaffiliated companies, but we will

wants you to understand exactly what transpires during the
game play of our NStorm products and assure you that absolutely
NO personal information is being collected or transmitted
through our products.
When you play our games, if you have an Internet connection
open, a signal that the game is being played may be sent to
NStorm.com. No other information or data, including personal
information such as your name, e-mail address, etc., will
be sent or transferred. These signals are collected solely
to determine the number of times this game is played.
When you finish playing the game, you may have the option
to register your score or email a friend. If you choose to
register your score or email a friend, you will be sent to
nstorm.com. Along with registering your score or emailing
a friend, you will be asked for personal information such
as your name, e-mail address and other information. The personal
information will not be sold, rented, shared or otherwise
transfered to any third parties. However, demographic statistics
in the aggregate may be sold or otherwise transfered to third
parties. These demographic statistics will consist of information
relating to the geographic location, age groups, profession/employment
categories, and other such information, but will not include
any information from which individuals can be identified.
If this policy is changed, you will be notified and you will
have the option of not permitting the transfer of your individualized

We at NStorm respect everyone's right to privacy
and would never breach that trust by performing operations
that compromise your privacy. We hope that these technologies

its accuracy. NStorm assumes no liability or

but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing

5. Images displayed on the Site are either the property of,
or used with permission by, NStorm. The use
of these images by you, or anyone else authorized by you,
is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms
and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on
the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright
laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and
communications regulations and statutes.
6. All of the NStorm trademarks, logos, and
service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed
on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of
NStorm. Nothing contained on the Site should
be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise,
any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the
Site without the written permission of NStorm
or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed
on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the
Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided
in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited.
7. NStorm has not reviewed all of the sites
linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content
of any off-site pages or links to any other sites. Viewing
all other sites is at your own risk.
8. Although NStorm may from time to time monitor
or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin
board, and the like on the Site, NStorm is
under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility
or liability arising from the content of any such locations
nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood,
obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained
in any information within such locations on the Site. You
are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful,
threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory,
pornographic, or profane material or any material that could
constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a

Designated Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table
